END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR MATERIALWORLDS SIMULATION ENVIRONMENT This license agreement grants permission to install and use this unregistered copy of MaterialWorlds simulation environment (the "Software"). Purchase of MaterialWorlds single-user registration licenses the use of that registration on only one computer at a time. A site license is required whenever MaterialWorlds is used for public display, even if it's used on just one computer. Multi-user registration licenses the concurrent use of that registration on the number of computers licensed. Site registration licenses the concurrent use of that registration on any number of computers at a single physical site. The simultaneous use of MaterialWorlds registration on more computers than licensed for is expressly prohibited. MaterialWorlds reserves all rights, including ownership of all copies of the software, except those expressly granted to you as licensee. THIS LICENSE PROHIBITS: 1. Modification, translation, reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly of the Sofware, and the creation of derivative works based on the Software; 2. Removal, obscuration or alteration of any MaterialWorlds copyright or other proprietary rights notices. 3. Sharing of your MaterialWorlds registration information with others, the use of another's registration information, or the circumvention of MaterialWorlds registration by any other method. LIMITED WARRANTY The software is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. MaterialWorlds disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
