DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY This software and the accompanying files are sold and distributed AS IS and without warranties as to performance or merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied. The author will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software. The unregistered shareware version of 3D Morris, may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified.
