SHAREWARE EULA AccessImagine ActiveX control End User License Agreement IMPORTANT: THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT. READ IT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING AND USING THE ACTIVEX CONTROL. IT PROVIDES A LICENSE TO USE THE ACTIVEX CONTROL AND CONTAINS WARRANTY INFORMATION AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS. BY SELECTING THE INSTALL BUTTON AND USING THE ACTIVEX, YOU ARE CONFIRMING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE ACTIVEX CONTROL AND AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, THEN DO NOT INSTALL THE ACTIVEX CONTROL. AccessImagine is distributed as shareware. This means: 1. The AccessImagine ActiveX control may be freely distributed as such, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified and the registration information if registered is kept private to the person who purchased and registered it.
