USE OF THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT (THE "SOFTWARE") CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL AND/OR USE THIS SOFTWARE. USERS USE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS CONDITIONED UPON COMPLIANCE BY USER WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. THE SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by TRIETECH. Your license confers no title or ownership in THE SOFTWARE and should not be construed as a sale of any right in THE SOFTWARE. The registered THE SOFTWARE software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. The THE SOFTWARE unregistered (trial) version may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of THE SOFTWARE without written permission from the copyright holder.
