Alkonost Software Alkonost MaxFormat License Agreement - All copyrights to Alkonost MaxFormat are exclusively owned by Alkonost Software. - The Alkonost MaxFormat unregistered Trial Version may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. - Anyone may use a Trial Version of this Software for an evaluation period of up to 15 days, in order to determine whether the Software meets your needs before purchasing it. Once the evaluation period ends, you agree to either purchase a Registered Version of the Software, or to stop using it and remove it from your computer system. - Once registered as an individual user (Personal license), the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use Alkonost MaxFormat on one computer (i.e. a single CPU) at a time. Organizations must not use a Personal license. Once registered as an organization (Business license), the organization is granted a non-exclusive license to use Alkonost MaxFormat on one or more (but not more than five) computers in the single organization. - The registered Alkonost MaxFormat software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. - THE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".
