By installing the Product, you accept the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, quit this installation procedure and promptly delete the files. COPYRIGHT The AnimaShooter (the "Product") is owned by Animation Technologies LTD and is protected by international copyright laws. LICENSE Animation Technologies LTD grants you a non-exclusive licence to use the Product on a single user computer, or on a single terminal or workstation of a multi-user computer, or on multiple computers as determined by your purchase. COPY RESTRICTIONS a) This Product is copyrighted and is proprietary product of Animation Technologies LTD. You may make one copy of the Product for backup or archival purposes. All other copying of the Product is expressly forbidden. b) You may not decompile, reverse engineer, copy, transfer, or other-wise use the Product except as expressly stated in this Agreement. c) You may not transfer and give access to license key to third parties. The license key is the confidential information. d) You may not rent the Product or give it for temporary use. e) You may not divide Product into parts and use these parts on separate computers. LIMITED WARRANTY The Product is supplied "AS IS". Animation Technologies LTD disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using the Product. Animation Technologies LTD does not guarantee to the User operation of Product upon expiry of validity of the License agreement. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES Animation Technologies LTD assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the Product, even if Animation Technologies LTD has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability of the seller will be limited to refund the purchase price. TERMINATION This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate this license at any time by destroying all copies of the Product. This license will terminate automatically, without notice from Animation Technologies LTD , if you fail to comply with this Agreement. Upon such termination, you shall destroy all copies of the Product. Animation Technologies LTD has the right to block your license key in case of infringement of conditions of the present agreement by the user.
