EarthMediaCenter Freeware License Agreement EarthMediaCenter is owned by Global Information Technology (UK) Limited and its owners. EarthMediaCenter is a freeware program. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use EarthMediaCenter on your computer. This license agreement only applies to the free version of this software. EarthMediaCenter may be freely distributed, if provided distribution package is not modified. No person or entity may charge a fee for the distribution of EarthMediaCenter without written permission from the copyright holder. Advertising policy EarthMediaCenter will from time to time display third party advertisements using an embedded web browser. Some of these advertisers may use technology such as cookies and web beacons when they advertise on our EarthMediaCenter, which will also send these advertisers (such as Google through the Google AdSense program) information including your IP address, your ISP, the browser you used to visit our site, and in some cases, whether you have Flash installed. This is generally used for geotargeting purposes (showing New York ads to someone in New York, for example) or showing certain ads based on specific sites visited (such as showing cooking ads to someone who frequents cooking sites). Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy (http://www.google.com/privacy_ads.html). 6. General All rights of any kind in the Software which are not expressly granted in this Agreement are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by Global Information Technology (UK) Limited. This agreement contains the entire Agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior agreements and/or understandings (oral or written). Failure or delay by Global Information Technology (UK) Limited in enforcing any right or provision hereof shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or right with respect to the instant or any subsequent breach. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in force and effect. Installing and/or using EarthMediaCenter signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must uninstall and remove EarthMediaCenter files along with the setup package from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
