You may access the registered version of AnyWhere 6 through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. For instance, if 8 different work-stations will access AnyWhere 6 on the network, each workstation must have it's own AnyWhere 6 license, regardless of whether they use AnyWhere 6 at different times, or concurrently. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of AnyWhere 6 remains with you. Liquid Mirror Enterprises' entire liability and your exclusive remedy, at Liquid Mirror Enterprises option, shall be the cost of AnyWhere 6 or its replacement with another copy of AnyWhere 6. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Liquid Mirror Enterprises or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profit, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this, or any product by LLiquid Mirror Enterprises, even if Liquid Mirror Enterprises has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
