License Ageement All copyrights to ApacheConf are owned by Zecos Software. ApacheConf is a "try-and-buy" program. You can try it for free (for a period of 30 days), but if you intend to keep it, you must register your copy of ApacheConf or stop using it. Once registered, you are granted a non-exclusive licence to use ApacheConf on one computer at a time. The registered ApacheConf software may not be rented, leased or transferred. ApacheConf unregistered shareware may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of ApacheConf without written permission from the copyright holder. ApacheConf is distributed "AS IS" and you assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of ApacheConf for your requirements. Zecos Software makes no warranty either expressed or implied that all errors have been or can be eliminated from the ApacheConf software. Furthermore Zecos Software shall not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind resulting from the use or misuse of ApacheConf including without limitation, any liability for business expenses, machine downtime, damages experienced by you or any third person as a result of any deficiency, defect, bug, error or malfunction.
