SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT -------------------------- This Agreement is a license agreement between you and JafSoft Limited for the use of AscToHTM. You are free to distribute the shareware version of this software. However, you must not copy REGISTERED versions of this software to anyone else's machine, nor can you make this software a shared resource unless you can ensure that no more that one person at one time is running the software. You may copy this software to all machines owned by you in the home environment. In addition you may make a backup copy, and copy to a single machine in your work environment. In this way you are free to make whatever arrangements necessary so as to always have access to AscToHTM. If you wish to allow multiple users simultaneous access, additional licenses are available at reduced cost. You must not rent or lease this software in any form without agreement from the author. You must not disassemble this software or in any way reverse engineer it. You may not analyse this software with the purpose of producing a patch for it. This license is not a sale. Title and copyrights to AscToHTM, remain with John A Fotheringham. Unauthorized copying of AscToHTM or failure to comply with the above restrictions, will result in automatic termination of this license. WARRANTY -------- AscToHTM is offered "as is", without warranty. AscToHTM is available as shareware, so users should first evaluate its suitability for their needs.
