SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT -------------------------- This Agreement is a license agreement between you and JafSoft Limited for the use of AscToPDF. You are free to distribute the shareware version of this software. However, you must not copy REGISTERED versions of this software to anyone else's machine, nor can you make this software a shared resource unless you can ensure that no more that one person at one time is running the software. You may copy this software to all machines owned by you in the home environment. In addition you may make a backup copy, and copy to a single machine in your work environment. In this way you are free to make whatever arrangements necessary so as to always have access to AscToPDF. If you wish to allow multiple users simultaneous access, additional licenses are available at reduced cost. You must not rent or lease this software in any form without agreement from the author. You must not disassemble this software or in any way reverse engineer it. You may not analyse this software with the purpose of producing a patch for it. This license is not a sale. Title and copyrights to AscToPDF, remain with JafSoft Limited. Unauthorized copying of AscToPDF or failure to comply with the above restrictions, will result in automatic termination of this license. WARRANTY -------- AscToPDF is offered "as is", without warranty. AscToPDF is available as shareware, so users should first evaluate its suitability for their needs. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY ----------------------- IN NO EVENT WILL JAFSOFT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE HOWEVER CAUSED. UPGRADES -------- Development of AscToPDF is still continuing. From time-to-time upgrades to AscToPDF will be made available on the Net. These upgrades will be made available at zero or greatly reduced costs to registered users. For this reason, users should nominate an email address at which they will receive upgrade notifications. This email address will not be passed to any third party. Users are responsible for ensuring they inform us of any change in email email address.
