LICENSE AGREEMENT Registered Version AutoBAUP Files Auto Backup System, Copyright AutoB Software Workroom, All Rights Reserved. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using. Your use of thissoftware indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty. Your Agreement to this License: If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this License, then do not copy,install, distribute or use any copy of AutoBAUP with which this License is included. One registered copy of AutoBAUP may either be used by a single person who uses the softwarepersonally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both. You may access the registered version of AutoBAUP through a network, provided that you haveobtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access thesoftware through the network. For instance, if 8 different workstations will accessAutoBAUP on the network, each workstation must have its own AutoBAUP license, regardless ofwhether they use AutoBAUP at different times or concurrently. You may use the registered version of AutoBAUP as a hub to copy files from one computerconnected on the network to another computer connected on the network, provided that youhave obtained individual licenses for the software covering all computers that will beaccessed by the hub. Disclaimer of WarrantyTHIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD ""AS IS"" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TOPERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Becauseof the various hardware and software environments into which AutoBAUP may be put, NO ARRANTYOF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using theprogram. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT ORREFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the USA.Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all matters relating to this Agreement shall be incourts and fora located in the USA, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue. All rights of any kind in AutoBAUP which are not expressly granted in this License areentirely and exclusively reserved to and by AutoBAUP Workroom. You may not rent, lease,modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works basedon AutoBAUP. You may not make access to AutoBAUP available to others in connection with aservice bureau, application service provider, or similar business, or use AutoBAUP Workroomin a business to provide file backup services to others.
