(the "Company") regarding the use of Company's software and/or its associated documentation(the "Software"). By clicking on the "Accept" button, installing, copying or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this License Agreement, click on the "Cancel" button and/or do not install the Software. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PROGRAM ACKNOWLEDGES THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 1. This Agreement permits you to use one copy of the specified version of the Software, for internal purposes only, on only one computer, and only by one user, at a time. If you have purchased multiple licenses for the Software, then at any time you may have as many copies of the Software in use as you have licenses. The Software is "in use" on a computer when it is loaded into the temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into the permanent memory (e.g., hard disk, CD-ROM, or other storage device) of that computer. We reserve all rights not expressly granted herein. 2. Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the content accessed through the Software including the content contained in the Software media demonstration files shall be retained by the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other law.
