You will indemnify and hold JS Payne and its suppliers harmless from and against any claims or liabilities arising out of the use or distribution of your programs. You may terminate this License at any time by destroying all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT including any documentation. JS Payne may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts. 3. COPYRIGHT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. All copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, are owned by JS Payne. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. EXCEPT AS SPECIFIED IN THIS LICENSE, ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
