BetMarket Scanner End User License Agreement. Carefully read this before using your copy of the software. This document is a legal agreement between you and BetGrail Software (BetGrail). Use of the BetMarket Scanner (Software) indicates your acceptance of these terms. You may use Software without charge for an evaluation period of 15 days. If you wish to use it after the evaluation period, you must purchase a license. To purchase a license for Software, go to http://www.betgrail.com/order.htm. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. The Software is being licensed to you, which means you have the right to use the Software only in accordance with this License Agreement. You are authorized to install and use Software on one computer. This license is personal to you. You may not sublicense, lease, sell, or otherwise transfer the Software to any other person. Any modification of the Software or its part is highly forbidden. 2. TECHNICAL SUPPORT. You are entitled to receive Software updates. This shall include only patches or bug fixes that BetGrail makes available at www.betgrail.com. Updates is not new version of the Software, updates uses only for solving problems. 3.
