This Software License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Gearhand Studios. By installing any version of Big Head Zed ("the Software") you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. This agreement distinguishes between the full, purchased, or registered version of Big Head Zed ("Full Version") and the trial, free, or demo version of Big Head Zed ("Trial Version"). GRANT OF LICENSE Gearhand Studios grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to 1) Install and use the Full Version on one computer. Individual owners (non-businesses) may additionally install and use the Full Version on up to two alternate computers (e.g., one on your laptop and one copy for work). Educational institutions should contact us for volume pricing or a site license. 2) Install, use, and freely distribute the Trial Version in its original, unmodified form on any computer. You may not distribute or sell the Full Version. RESPONSIBILITIES You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Software. Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the Software shall remain in Gearhand Studios. Any content you create with the level editor may be shared or given away, but may not be sold. TERMINATION OF LICENSE The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations contained in this agreement. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software. NO WARRANTY The Software is provided "as-is," without warranty of any kind. Gearhand Studios is not responsible for damages of any kind. Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the Software shall remain in Gearhand Studios. The Software is protected by international copyright treaties.
