This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the Author for the BPACLer software product, which may include associated software components, media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Software"). FREEWARE LICENSE. This Software is being distributed as Freeware. It may be freely used, copied and distributed as long as it is not sold, and all original files are included, including this license. You are NOT allowed to charge for distributing this Software (either for profit or merely to recover media and distribution costs) whether as a stand-alone product, or as part of a compilation, without explicit prior written permission. You may not rent or lease this software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that applicable law notwithstanding this limitation expressly permits such activity. GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts. You consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Massachusetts for all disputes related to this Agreement.
