NURIUM GAMES END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR BREAKQUEST GAME SOFTWARE This user license agreement (the AGREEMENT) is an agreement between YOU (individual or single entity) and Nurium Games software development company (NURIUM GAMES), for the BreakQuest game software (the SOFTWARE) that is accompanying this AGREEMENT. The SOFTWARE is the property of NURIUM GAMES and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The SOFTWARE is not sold, it is licensed. The MUSIC played by the SOFTWARE is the property of MANIACS OF NOISE and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. By installing the SOFTWARE, by loading or running the SOFTWARE, by placing or copying the SOFTWARE onto your hard drive, or by distributing the TRIAL version of the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this AGREEMENT. 1.- OWNERSHIP This SOFTWARE and the related copyrights and intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of NURIUM GAMES and its suppliers. YOU acquire no title, right or interest in the SOFTWARE other than the rights granted herein. 2.- TRIAL VERSION YOU may install and use the TRIAL version. YOU are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revokable DISTRIBUTION LICENSE to do only the following: Make complete and unmodified copies of only the installation executable of the TRIAL version of this SOFTWARE as released on the websites of NURIUM GAMES, in machine-readable form for distribution to a third party, provided the entire contents of the TRIAL version are copied in their entirety with payment, copyright, and trademark information in place.
