c:JAM - CENTRAL JET ACCOUNTS MANAGER 1.5 END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) c:JAM is a shareware product and is provided at no charge to the user for evaluation. Feel free to share it with others, but do not give it away altered or as part of another system. If you find this shareware product useful and continue to use it after a trial period of 30 days, you must make a registration payment to the author. The use of unregistered copies of c:JAM outside of the initial 30-day trial, by any person, business, corporation, government agency or any other entity is strictly prohibited. Registered users will receive a license file. Moving this file to the distribution disks or to the installation directory of an unregistered copy turns it into a registered copy. You are encouraged to make a backup copy of the license file. However you agree not to make copies for any other purpose or give the license file or your registered copy of the shareware product to others. This means that you may not sell or give away registered copies of the software or any part of it in any way, including bundling or reselling with your own software, or placing such a copy in any disk library or on any bulletin board or electronic service. The registration fee will grant to you as an individual, a per- sonal, nonexclusive license to use one registered copy (or more if specified) on any one computer at any point in time. Licenses may not be shared or used concurrently by other end users. A single user license permits you to have installed and use one copy of the licensed software product on a single computer. You may use the software on different computers, but may not have installed and use the software on more than one computer at the same time. You may remove it from one computer and reinstall it on another one, provided there is no possibility that one copy will be installed or used on more computers than it is licensed for. If you are an entity, not an individual you are granted the right to designate one individual within your organization to have the sole right to use the software product in the manner provided above. The software product is licensed as a single product. Its parts may not be separated for use by more than one user. If the software product is labeled as an upgrade, you must be properly licensed to use a product being eligible for the upgrade in order to use the software product. A software product labeled as an upgrade replaces the product that formed the basis for your eligibility for the upgrade. You may use the resulting upgraded product only in accordance with the terms of this EULA. You may not rent, lease or lend the software product. COPYRIGHT The software product is protected by copyright laws and inter- national copyright treaties. The software product is licensed, not sold. It has been tested successfully not to produce any errors processing date data in connection with the year change from Dec 31, 1999 to Jan 1, 2000.
