Disclaimer of Warranty. The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. California Fonts and its suppliers disclaim and make no express or implied warranties and specifically disclaim the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of third-party rights. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is with you. Neither California Fonts nor its suppliers warrant that the functions contained in the Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free. California Fonts IS NOT OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE ANY UPDATES TO THE SOFTWARE. 6. Limitation of Liability. California Fonts's entire liability and your exclusive remedy under this EULA shall not exceed the price paid for the Software, if any. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade of a software program which you licensed as a single product, the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be used only as part of that single product package and may not be separated for use on more than one computer. 9. OEM Product Support. Product support for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS provided by California Fonts. For product support, please call California Fonts. In no event shall California Fonts or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, incidental, direct, indirect special and consequential damages, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this "Your Company" product, even if California Fonts has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
