Copyright The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and Documentation are copyrighted by COLASOFT and are protected by international copyright laws. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT contains copyrighted software of COLASOFT. All rights reserved. You agree not to remove any trademarks or copyright notices from the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and Documentation. Free License You may use the free version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT free for personal use but NOT for commercial use. For commercial use, you need to buy a "Commercial License". However, media costs associated with the distribution of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be recovered. You shall use your best efforts to promptly notify COLASOFT upon learning of any violation of commercial restrictions. You are allowed to distribute the free version of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT complete of all files to others. You are not allowed to add, remove or change any of these files. This SOFTWARE PRODUCT and the attached documentation cannot be distributed together with commercial software. For this you need to purchase a "Commercial License" from COLASOFT. All provisions of this License Agreement relating to disclaimer of warranties, limitations of liability, remedies, or damages, and COLASOFT's proprietary rights shall survive termination. Save to the extent expressly permitted by this License Agreement or mandatory provisions of law, Licensee shall not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or any part thereof. In no case shall the License distribute any components or files provided with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT package. In no case may the license key file be distributed. The licensee is to store the license keys and files supplied by COLASOFT in a safe place. COLASOFT is not responsible for lost license keys or files and cannot issue new keys or files to replace lost keys or files. The licensee is required to hold the license keys and files secure. The licensee will be held responsible for any unauthorized use of the license keys or files. The licensee agrees not to attempt to bypass the license mechanism or generate unauthorized license keys or files.
