Collmate End-User License Agreement This user license agreement (the "AGREEMENT") is an agreement between you (individual or single entity) and Sidency Softworks (the "AUTHOR") for the Sidency Softworks software (the "SOFTWARE") that is accompanying this AGREEMENT. Installing and using SOFTWARE signifies acceptance of terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT. If you do not agree with the below listed terms of this AGREEMENT, you must remove SOFTWARE files from your storage devices and cease to use it. This version of SOFTWARE is distributed as SHAREWARE. The "SHAREWARE" means a trial/limited version of SOFTWARE. TRIAL VERSION - This SOFTWARE is not freeware. You may install the trial version of the SOFTWARE to test and evaluate it for 30 days. After this time you should either register your copy of SOFTWARE purchasing a user license or uninstall and delete all copies of the SOFTWARE. - You are allowed to make any number of backup copies of the trial version of the SOFTWARE and its documentation. - The trial version of SOFTWARE may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package without modification. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of trial version of SOFTWARE without written permission from the AUTHOR. In addition the trial version of SOFTWARE may not be bundled or distributed with any other package without written permission of the AUTHOR. REGISTERED VERSION - Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use SOFTWARE (i.e. the licensing of this software is "per user"), for any legal purpose, at a time. - You may NOT distribute the registered version of SOFTWARE or/and its registration key. - You are allowed make one copy of the registered version of SOFTWARE or/and its registration key solely for your personal backup or archival purposes.
