Control Sheets 1.2 End User License Agreement This is a legally binding agreement between you and Aleksey Kurzenkov, the author of Control Sheets ("Software Product"). By installing and/or using this Software Product, you are agreeing to become bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use this software! GRANT OF LICENSE. You are granted a non-exclusive right to use this Software Product in accordance with the terms contained in this Agreement. USE AND COPY. Starting with version 1.2 this Software Product is being distributed as Freeware. You may install and use this software without charge on any number of computers. It may be freely used, copied and distributed as long as it is not sold, and all original files are included, including this license. RESTRICTIONS. You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Product. The Software Product may not be sold or be included in a product or package which intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of the Software Product.
