CopyPocket License Agreement CopyPocket is a try-before-you-buy software. If you intend to use all 10 pockets and the profiles feature in CopyPocket after evaluating, you MUST register your copy of CopyPocket. Once registered,the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use CopyPocket including the accompanying user documentation on one computer (i.e. a single cpu), for any legal purpose. You may not assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the registered CopyPocket software or any other rights arising under this Agreement. All copyrights to CopyPocket are exclusively owned by New Merkel Consulting Group LLC ("NMCG"). CopyPocket unregistered trial version may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of CopyPocket without written permission from the copyright holder. This software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this limited warranty shall be limited to replacement of defective media or documentation and shall not include or extend to any claim for or right to recover any other damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of the software or special, incidental or consequential damages, or other similar claims, even if New Merkel Consulting Group has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will NMCG's liability for any damages to you or any other person ever exceed the lower of the list price or the actual price paid for the license to use the software, regardless of the form of the claim.
