License Agreement All copyrights (C) to Cresotech HOTPANCAKE (TM) are exclusively owned by Creative Solutions And Technologies Inc. Cresotech HOTPANCAKE is a Shareware. If you intend to use Cresotech HOTPANCAKE after the trial period of 30 days, you must register your copy of Cresotech HOTPANCAKE or stop using it. Once registered, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use Cresotech HOTPANCAKE on one computer at a time. The registered Cresotech HOTPANCAKE software may not be rented, leased or transferred. Cresotech HOTPANCAKE unregistered shareware may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Cresotech HOTPANCAKE without written permission from the copyright holder. Cresotech HOTPANCAKE is distributed "AS IS" and you assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of Cresotech HOTPANCAKE and for results obtained. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
