License Agreement 1. Subject matter of the Agreement This license agreement (hereafter Agreement) is a legal document entered between a Limited Liability Company "CyberSoft" (hereinafter - the Right-holder) and an individual or legal entity (hereinafter - the User), legally owns a copy of software "CyberSafe Disk" in binary (executable) form (hereinafter - the Software). When installing, copying, downloading or otherwise using the Software, you accept the conditions of this Agreement. If you do not accept the conditions of this Agreement, you will not have rights in any way to use the Software product. 2. The Rights to the Software. All exclusive copyrights to the Software and its printed or electronic documentations belong to the Right-holder, and they are protected by legislation of the Russian Federation and international agreements. 3. The extent of rights granted under this Agreement 3.1. This Agreement offers you the following rights: * The right to install and use one copy of the Software product on a single PC in a 30 days trial period free of charge and in an unlimited period after purchasing the Software product on http://cybersafesoft.com; * The right to make a copy of the Software product upon condition, that this copy is intended solely for the archival purposes and for replacement of a lawfully acquired copy, where the original is lost, destroyed or became unusable. This copy can not be used for other purposes and must be destroyed in case, if the possession of the copy of the Software product will cease to be lawful; * The right to use the free services of technical support of the Right-holder (over e-mail); * The right to use the free updates of the Software product through the Internet. 3.2. In accordance with the conditions of this Agreement, you do not have the rights for: * To decompile and / or modify the Software product, and use its components in any other products; * To use the Software product in order to search for the malicious code on any PCs, that does not have the legally installed copy of the Software product. * To divide the Software product into its component parts for their use on the different PCs; * To transfer to other parties the rights granted to you under this Agreement (by rental, lease or transfer for temporary use); * To delete or correct in the Software product any signs of the ownership and copyrights for it. 3.3. This Agreement does not grant the right to receive a new version of the Software product as gratis. 3.4. This Agreement does not grant you any rights in respect of the trademarks or names belonging to the Right-holder. 4. Term of the Agreement 4.1. This Agreement and the rights granted to them shall come into the force at the time of installation of the Software product and they are valid for the license period. 4.2. At the end of the term of your license for the Software product and in the case of the reluctance to renew it, you must uninstall the software product from your PC. 4.3. Without prejudice to any of their rights the Right-holder has the right to terminate this Agreement, if you fail to comply with its conditions and restrictions. 4.4. Upon termination of this Agreement, you must destroy all copies and components of the Software product that you have. 5. Liability of the parties 5.1. The Right-holder guarantees that the functioning of the Software product will correspond to given description in the documentations. 5.2. The Right-holder does not bear any liability in case of incompatibility of the Software product with the software on your PC. 5.3. The Right-holder does not bear any liability for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Software product. 5.4. The Right-holder does not bear any liability for the consequences and damage that may cause the Software product in the case of failure to comply with the obligations, stipulated in the clause 4.2 of this Agreement. 5.5. The offender bears the civil, administrative or criminal responsibilities for the infringement of copyrights on the Software product in accordance with legislation of the Russian Federation.
