20052/9601/3661647/1 More IT Resources Ltd - Click Through End User License Agreement We are willing to license the software product you have selected to download, install or use (in the version you selected for download, install or use) from More I.T. Resources Ltd. and its affiliates (collectively, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), and any other machine readable materials (including, but not limited to, libraries, source files, header files, and data files), any updates or error corrections provided by Company, and any user manuals, programming guides and other documentation provided to you by Company under this Agreement (collectively, the “Software”), and any third party components bundled with the Software (“Bundled Components”), solely on the condition that you agree to the following the terms and conditions of this User License Agreement (the “Agreement”), and the Privacy Policy available at http://www.morevrp.com/about/privacy-policy (“Privacy Policy”), which Privacy Policy is incorporated herein by reference. We urge you to read through the terms of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy carefully. By selecting ‘Accept License Agreement' you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you are agreeing to this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind the legal entity to this Agreement. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, select the ‘Decline License Agreement' button, and you must not download, install, copy or use the Software. Accepting this Agreement will create a binding contract between yourself or the company/legal entity on whose behalf you are accepting this Agreement, and Company, and this Agreement and the Privacy Policy will govern your access to and use of the Software. 1. Grant of License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company hereby grants you, and you hereby accept a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install, solely for the limited purpose of using the Software complete and unmodified at your premises for your internal use, solely as authorized in this Agreement, on the number of connections, DB size or CPU logical cores designated below in accordance with the type of Software license you have acquired (the License"). If you have selected the ‘Trial' option accompanying the download of the Software, you may use the Software for a fourteen (14) day trial period ("Trial License"). If you have chosen to purchase a time specific License ("Limited Time Period License") or a perpetual License ("Perpetual License"), the License will be effected for the relevant length of time. The License allows you to install and use the Software on a single approved specific hardware system and control only one database/or machine at any time per License. The Software is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Software may be installed and used on a limited number of connections, DB size or logical cores, in accordance with the type of Software you have purchased, as follows: MORE LITE - ONE CONNECTION MAXIMUM In the event you have opted to use the More Lite Software free download, you may install, use, access, display and run one copy of the Software on a single computer, such as a workstation, terminal or other device (“Computer”). You may not use the Software to permit any other computer or electronic device (a “Device”) to connect to, use, access, display or run other executable software residing on the Computer, nor may you permit any Device to connect to, use, access, display, or run the Software or Software's user interface, unless the Device has a separate license for the Software. The one connection maximum includes any indirect connections made through “multiplexing” or other software or hardware which pools or aggregates connections.
