TERMS OF USE OF THE E-STOCK 5 SOFTWARE FOR WINDOWS The following terms represent that, by accessing and / or using our software, you are accepting that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by these terms and comply with all applicable regulations and laws. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT The E-Stock program is owned by PRNET Software and its right is protected by the Law of Promotion and Protection of Intellectual Property. The purchase does not grant intellectual property rights or authorship, nor to make functional, design, or feature modifications to the program, all of which is strictly prohibited. TRIAL PERIOD The software is available for download on the official PRNET website: www.prsystem.com, on the page corresponding to the E-Stock program: www.controldestock.com, or on the E-Stock Web system at www. controldestock.net. The software works in test mode until it is activated by previously making the purchase or contracting of the service. The software has certain limitations in the amount of data that can be entered during test mode operation, which disappears when the activation is performed. PURCHASE To use the program without the limitations of the trial period, you must purchase a License, or a Subscription to the E-Stock Web service. LICENSE In the case of purchasing the License, each License issued grants the end user the right to use the program in a 1 PC, must acquire as many Licenses as the PC intended for the use of the program. The License is materialized in the Activation Code, which is sent to the end user by email at the end of the purchase process.
