COPYRIGHT: The program Easy Peasy Passwords(tm), and all documents and material supplied with the program are owned by Gordon Whittam and are protected by copyright law and international copyright treaty unless specifically stated otherwise. DISCLAIMER - AGREEMENT: Users of the program must accept this disclaimer of warranty: "The program is supplied as is. The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the program." HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES: The program is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the program could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities").
