By using this software you indicate that you accept the present license agreement. Registered version One registered copy (a developer license) of this software may either be used by a single developer who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple developers, but not both. Source code Registered copy of this software is shipped with full source code, including design-time code. In the event you develop any modifications, enhancements, derivative works and/or extensions to the licensed source code, either independently or jointly with Quantum Whale.LLC, such modifications, enhancements, derivative works and/or extensions and all rights associated therewith will be the exclusive property of Quantum Whale.LLC. Evaluation version If the software you have obtained is marked as a "Trial" or "Evaluation", you may install one copy of the software for testing purposes for a evaluation version of 30 calendar days ("Evaluation period"). Royalty free distribution The Registered version of the product and all accompanying .NET controls can be distributed in a binary form as part of an executable program only with the following conditions: * Executables containing the software must be written using a registered copy of the software. * Executables must add primary and substantial functionality, and may not be merely a set or subset * of any of the libraries, code, Redistributables or other files of the software.
