Certificate of License ELECTRC 2014 Trial Version This Software known as Electrc 2014 Trial version, including any associated files and documentation, is protected by copyright laws and international treaty and is a propriety product of Robert J. La Capra. The use of this Software is also governed by the terms of the Software License Agreement below. Your use of this Software constitutes your agreement to abide by the terms of this Agreement. SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT GRANT OF RIGHTS Robert J. La Capra grants you the right to use the software for a reasonable period of time (typically 30 days) to evaluate its capabilities. After the evaluation period, you may uninstall the program and stop using it, or, register as a licensed user and receive a license to use the program indefinitely. RESTRICTIONS You may not sell or rent or lease the Software, or obtain payment in return for the Software. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, copy, create a derivative work, or otherwise use the Software except as stated in this Agreement.
