Certificate of License Electrc NEC Calcs Lite This Software known as Electrc NEC Calcs Lite, including any associated files and documentation, is protected by copyright laws and international treaty and is a propriety product of NEC Design Software. The use of this Software is also governed by the terms of the Software License Agreement below. Your use of this Software constitutes your agreement to abide by the terms of this Agreement. SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT GRANT OF RIGHTS NEC Design Software grants you the right to use the software without any restriction of time. RESTRICTIONS You may not sell or rent or lease the Software, or obtain payment in return for the Software. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, copy, create a derivative work, or otherwise use the Software except as stated in this Agreement.
