ELPRIME CLOCK PRO SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT 1. License Terms and Restrictions. You, the licensee, are not authorized and agree not to: (a) install and use Elprime Clock PRO, except as provided in this agreement; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, modify, clone, emulate or disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer Elprime Clock PRO; (b) rent, lease, loan, transfer, sublicense, sell or resell Elprime Clock PRO without written permission from copyright holder; Further, the scope and duration of your license is restricted as follows: EVALUATION LICENSE The trial version of this software may be used for evaluation purposes for a period of 30 days from the date of installation. At the end of the trial period, the user must either purchase a license to continue using the software, or remove it from his/her system. You can freely distribute the Elprime Clock PRO as long as you distribute the complete installation package without changing. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Elprime Clock PRO without written permission from the copyright holder. SINGLE-USER LICENSE 1. A Single-User License is subject to all terms of this agreement, with the exception of the evaluation restrictions in the paragraph above. With a single-user license, Elprime Clock PRO maybe used solely by licensee and may not be used concurrently by licensee and different individuals. A single licensed copy of Elprime Clock PRO which is used by a different individual than the licensed user, must be licensed with a separate license for each user that can access and operate Elprime Clock PRO. 2. While you retain ownership of all right, title, and interest you may have in the Material itself, you agree that Elprime Software, Inc. owns all right, title, and interest in any compilation, collective work or other derivative work created by Elprime Software, Inc. using or incorporating the Material; (c) acknowledge that you are solely liable for any damage resulting from infringement of copyrights, proprietary rights or any other intellectual property rights, or any other harm or damage arising from your submission and Elprime Software's display of the Material.
