END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT The EquiFile FTP Client is shareware. This means: 1. All copyrights to EquiFile FTP Client are exclusively owned by the author - Richard A. Ellingson 2. Anyone may use this software during an evaluation period of 30 days. Following this evaluation period of 30 days or less, if you wish to continue to use EquiFile FTP Client, you must register your copy or stop using it. 3. The EquiFile FTP Client unregistered shareware version can be freely distributed if the distribution package is not modified. No person or company can charge a fee for the distribution of EquiFile FTP Client without written permission from the copyright holder. 4. The distribution package does not include a registration key. You also are not authorized to distribute a registered version of EquiFile FTP Client. 5. EquiFile FTP Client is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use it at your own risk. The author will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software. 6.
