The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold. Copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties protect the SOFTWARE. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the SOFTWARE is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the SOFTWARE will remain the exclusive property of Nine Vectors and you will not acquire any rights to the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE creates output file later referred to as 'OUTPUT FILE'. You may install, use and/or run one copy of the COMMERCIAL version of the SOFTWARE on a single computer, for a single user only in case you have purchased COMMERCIAL software licence from Nine Vectors or its suppliers. COMMERCIAL version of the SOFTWARE needs COMMERCIAL licence later referred to as 'KEY'. KEY is assigned to a single user and provided by Nine Vectors or its suppliers. If key contains more than one licence you may install, use and/or run appropriate copies of the COMMERCIAL version of the SOFTWARE. You may install, use and/or run one copy of the DEMO version of the SOFTWARE only for tests purposes. Some features of DEMO version of the SOFTWARE are disabled. You may use OUTPUT FILE for COMMERCIAL purposes only in case you have purchased COMMERCIAL software licence from Nine Vectors or its suppliers. You may sale OUTPUT FILE for further resale only in case you have purchased DEVELOPER software licence from Nine Vectors or its suppliers. You may not rent, lease or lend the SOFTWARE and the KEY. You may not resale the SOFTWARE and the KEY. You may not transfer your rights to the SOFTWARE and to the KEY. You may not decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the SOFTWARE and the OUTPUT FILE. You may not modify binaries of the SOFTWARE and the OUTPUT FILE. Nine Vectors expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE. THE SOFTWARE AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE REMAINS WITH YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL NINE VECTORS OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF THE DELIVERY, PERFORMANCE, OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF NINE VECTORS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY EVENT, NINE VECTORS'S ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER ANY PROVOSION OF THIS EULA SHALL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT.
