Expert Network Inventory Lite End User License Agreement - EULA IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and ExpertUnion.com (EUC) which includes ALL documentation and software contained in the software product identified above (SOFTWARE). By installing, copying or otherwise using the SOFTWARE you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this License, do not install or use the SOFTWARE. This EULA shall also apply to all Updates and Upgrades, insofar as EUC provides you with Updates and/or Upgrades after installation of the Software. The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold. GRANT OF LICENSE EUC grants you a non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE. This Freeware License is provided to you free of charge and "as is" except for the operability of the Software and consequently EUC provides no warranty to you with regard to the Software. EUC does not provide product support for these Licenses. The setup of a functional hardware and software environment for the Software shall be the solely in your responsibility. The same shall apply to regular data backup within your EDP system. The freeware version of Expert Network Inventory (Lite) is restricted by networks with no more than 25 PCs. This version can be upgraded to the Pro version by purchasing the corresponding registration key. RESTRICTIONS Decompiling, disassembling or any reverse engineering of the binary and executable files that are part of the Software is prohibited. The Licensee may not sell, rent or lease the Software alone or as part of another commercial product. The Licensee will not have any proprietary rights in and to the Software. The Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the Licensor retains all copyrights and other proprietary rights in and to the Software. REDISTRIBUTION The Software can be copied and distributed under the condition that original license agreement will stay intact and the Licensee will not charge money or fees for the Software product, except to cover distribution costs. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Use the Software in special risk areas that require error-free, permanent operation of relevant systems and in which the failure of the Software may result in a direct risk for life, body or health or in substantial damages to property or the environment (high risk activities and high availability activities, including but not limited to the operation of nuclear facilities, weapon systems, aviation navigation or communication systems, life support systems and equipment, machine and production processes of pharmaceuticals and food production). EUC does not warrant or guarantee that the Software is fit for use in special risk areas. EUC reserves all rights to bring an action to prohibit or stop any unauthorised use of Software by you, including but not limited to, claims for injunctive relief and damages.
