License Agreement This License Agreement covers all existing versions of Export Query to Excel for SQL server: demo and commercial. License Agreement is a legal agreement between the end-user and OmBelt Solutions. By installing or otherwise using Export Query to Excel for SQL server, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of License Agreement, please do not install or use Export Query to Excel for SQL server. General Information OmBelt Solutions is exclusive owner of all Export Query to Excel for SQL server copyrights. The product is licensed, not sold. Export Query to SQL for SQL server is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. Demo version. Anyone may install and use demo version of Export Query to Excel for SQL server for evaluation and testing purposes. Commercial version. You may install and use one copy of Export Query to Excel for SQL server on a single computer. The primary user of the computer on which Export Query to Excel for SQL server is installed may make a second copy for his or her exclusive use on a porQuery computer. You may not reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or disassemble Export Query to Excel for SQL server. The Software Product is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer. You may not rent, lease, or lend Export Query to Excel for SQL server. Without prejudice to any other rights, OmBelt Solutions may terminate this License Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
