EXPORTIZER ENTERPRISE 8 END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT COPYRIGHT (c) 2005-2020 BY VITALIY LEVCHENKO SOFTWARE PLEASE READ CAREFULLY This EULA provides a license agreement between you (person or organization) and Vitaliy Levchenko Software ("Licensor") to use the Exportizer Enterprise product ("Software") and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers. By installing, copying, distributing or using the Software you accept and agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must cancel the installation or, if the Software already installed on your computer, promptly uninstall it. 1. OWNERSHIP. You acknowledge and agree that the Software is a product of Vitaliy Levchenko Software. It is protected under international copyright law. All copyrights are exclusively owned by Vitaliy Levchenko Software. 2. TRY BEFORE YOU BUY. The Software is not free. You may install and use the Software for evaluation purposes without charge for a maximum period of 15 days. If you wish to continue using it after 15 days, you have to purchase a license and register the Software. Unregistered use of the Software after the 15-day evaluation period is prohibited. 3. NO REFUNDS AFTER PURCHASE. The Software is provided under a try-before-you-buy concept which means you can try out it before deciding either to buy it or not. After you pay a license fee, you will receive an email with your license key (serial number) required to unlock the Software. Once this information is emailed to you, no refund will be given. 3. LICENSE GRANT. Subject to this EULA, the Licensor hereby grants to you a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software according to the terms set forth below. 3.1 User License: The Software is licensed per user. A single user license covers one user and installation on one computer. 3.2 Six Months Support: You will be eligible for technical support (by email) for a period of six months starting from the purchase date. 3.3 Free Minor Upgrades: You will be eligible for free minor upgrades of the Software. 4. ACTIVATION. Use of the registered Software may require technical activation. The activation is done automatically when your computer has an Internet connection or manually by you when there is no Internet connection. If you modify your computer hardware, system environment or operating system user account information, a new activation may be required. The Licensor may limit the number of activations in a given time period. 5. NO WARRANTIES. The Software is distributed "as is" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. You use the Software at your own risk. The Licensor shall not be liable to you or any third party for any kind of consequences, which occur or not occur while installing, using, or uninstalling the Software. 6. RESTRICTIONS. By accepting the EULA, you agree that you shall not 6.1 Sublicense, sell, lease, rent, permit use of, give, lend, distribute, release, provide access to, or in any way transfer the registered Software version or any copy or portion thereof; 6.2 Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, analyze, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software; 6.3 Use or incorporate the Software or any portion thereof in any other product without the prior written permission of the Licensor; 6.4 Remove, alter, or obscure the copyright, trademark, proprietary, or other notices from the Software or any of its screen displays; 6.5 Pass the license key (serial number), which you received from the Licensor, to anyone; 6.6 Translate the Software without written permission of the Licensor. 7. DISTRIBUTION. You may redistribute the Software by any means (CDROM, Cover Disc, Web site...) in its original installation package. 8. TRANSFERS. You may transfer an entire purchased license to the Software to someone else by giving the Licensor thirty (30) days prior written notice of your intent to make such a transfer. Before the transfer, you must delete all installations and copies of the Software. 9. TERMINATION. You may terminate the EULA at any time. Also, the EULA will terminate immediately and unconditionally if you fail to comply with the restrictions described above. Upon termination of the EULA, you shall destroy all licensed copies of the Software and all backups.
