Include the SOFTWARE in any commercial products intended for manufacture, distribution, or sale. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER The SOFTWARE is supplied "AS IS". Stardock disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose.
