PiQuest Software, Inc. grants you a single, non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE provided you agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement. Only one user is authorized to use the SOFTWARE on one computer at a time. A separate license is required for each computer to which the SOFTWARE is distributed. If you have more than computer at home and you use the software for personal usage, you are entitled for another license. 2) COPYRIGHT. Copyright and other laws concerning software and intellectual property protect the SOFTWARE in part and not exclusively. You may make copies solely for the purpose of reasonable back up of the software to support your individual fair use of the program. EVALUATION LICENSE EVALUATION AND REGISTRATION This is not free software. You are hereby licensed to use the evaluation version of FileQuest for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 50 days. If you use this software after the 50 day evaluation period a registration fee is required. Unregistered use of FileQuest after the 50-day evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws. U.S. Government Restricted Rights The SOFTWARE and documentation are subject to export controls under the United States Export Administration Act, as amended, which Act prohibits exports of certain commodities and technical data, including software, to specified countries. In particular, the SOFTWARE may not be exported to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, or Syria. You hereby certify that neither the SOFTWARE nor the documentation will be transmitted or forwarded outside of your country.
