FirmTools Album Creator Pro 3.4 End-User License Agreement THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR USE ONLY UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND BECOME A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, COPY OR OTHERWISE USE THE SOFTWARE. SOFTWARE TRIAL VERSION: Trial version does not allow you to add more than 12 photos to your album and will add watermark over thumbnails, but it has no time limit on usage. RE-DISTRIBUTION OF A SOFTWARE: THE ALBUM CREATOR UNREGISTERED TRIAL VERSION MAY BE FREELY DISTRIBUTED, WITH EXCEPTIONS NOTED BELOW: No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package without written permission of the copyright owner. The Album Creator unregistered trial version may not be distributed as a part of any other software package without written permission of the copyright owner. SOFTWARE PURCHASING: To purchase software you must complete the registration form (http://albumcreator.firmtools.com/order/) and send it, with registration fee, to authorized registration service RegSoft or ShareIt. There are no additional license fees, apart from the cost of registration. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by MDO Ltd Software Company. LICENSE GRANT: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, MDO Ltd. grants Registered User a non-exclusive and non-transferable license only to: Personal license: (a) install and use only for personal purposes one copy of the Album Creator on a single computer; (b) modify existing templates and create new basing on the existing ones, add/remove logotypes, watermarks etc for non-commercial personal use only. A single license for the Software does not allow you to share the registered Software or use it on different computer(s). Business license: (a) install and use the program and its results for commercial purposes as noted below within one company on any number of computers; (b) modify existing templates and create new basing on the existing ones, add/remove logotypes, watermarks etc for commercial purposes; (c) unlimitedly sell or distribute program results (generated albums, modified templates (themes)); (d) unlimitedly re-distribute AlbumCreator TRIAL version with exceptions noted below: RESTRICTIONS: Except as otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement, Registered User may not: (a) reproduce or copy the registered version of Album Creator; (b) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Album Creator; (c) redistribute, encumber, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise transfer rights to the Album Creator; (d) remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels in the Album Creator (except parts of the Software mentioned above). TERMINATION: Without prejudice to any other rights, MDO Ltd. Software Company may terminate this Agreement if Registered User breaches any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, Registered User shall destroy all copies of the Software. WARRANTY CONDITIONS: THE ALBUMCREATOR IS DISTRIBUTED AS COMMERCIAL SOFTWARE PRODUCT WITH ONLINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
