FirmTools PhotoPrinter v2.0 Pro End-User License Agreement THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR USE ONLY UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND BECOME A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, COPY OR OTHERWISE USE THE SOFTWARE. SOFTWARE TRIAL VERSION: Trial version will work during 10 days after installation. To purchase a full version of that product refer to "Software purchasing" section. RE-DISTRIBUTION OF A SOFTWARE: THE PHOTOPRINTER UNREGISTERED TRIAL VERSION MAY BE FREELY DISTRIBUTED, WITH EXCEPTIONS NOTED BELOW: a. No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package without written permission of the copyright owner. b. The PhotoPrinter unregistered trial version may not be distributed as a part of any other software package without written permission of the copyright owner. SOFTWARE PURCHASING: To purchase software you must complete the registration form and send it, with registration fee, to authorized registration site www.regsoft.com.There are no additional license fees, apart from the cost of registration. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by MDO Ltd Software Company. Installing and using PhotoPrinter signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. LICENSE GRANT. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, MDO Ltd. grants Registered User a non-exclusive and non-transferable license only to: (a) install and use for personal purposes one copy of the PhotoPrinter on a single computer; A single license for the Software does not allow you to share the Software or use it on different computers. RESTRICTIONS. Except as otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement, Registered User may not: (i) reproduce or copy the PhotoPrinter; (ii) modify or create any derivative works of the PhotoPrinter, including translation or localization; (iii) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the PhotoPrinter; (iv) redistribute, encumber, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the PhotoPrinter; (v) remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels in the PhotoPrinter; TERMINATION. Without prejudice to any other rights, MDO Ltd. Software Company may terminate this Agreement if Registered User breaches any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, Registered User shall destroy all copies of the Software. SPECIAL OFFER CONDITIONS: (a)All the information received from the User during the action is confidential and not the subject to transfer to the third parties; (b) the software granted to User during the action can be installed only on the computer where the trial version of PhotoPrinter that caused generation of User ID key was installed; (c) in case when the operating system on that computer is reinstalled the correct operation of PhotoPrinter is not guaranteed; (d) PhotoPrinter upgrades will not be granted to Users that received the registration key during special offer action; (e) present action is a part of MDO Ltd. commercial policy and action conditions can be changed any time on company's consideration. WARRANTY CONDITIONS: THE PHOTOPRINTER IS DISTRIBUTED AS COMMERCIAL SOFTWARE PRODUCT WITH ONLINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT. NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR THE AGENTS OF THE AUTHOR WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE. (c) 2003 MDO, Ltd.
