Shareware License Agreement THIS AGREEMENT IS IN FORCE WHEN THE Callisto HAS NOT BEEN REGISTERED. YOU SHOULD READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE. USING THIS SOFTWARE INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN US, SUPERSEDING ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS LICENSE. COPYRIGHT The Foboz program (hereafter referred to as the "Program") and all accompanying documentation (hereafter referred to as "Documentation") is protected by United Kingdom copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You must treat the Program and Documentation like any other copyrighted material (e.g. a book or musical recording) except that you may either make one copy of the Program solely for backup or archive purposes. LICENSE MarsJupiter LTD hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Program and accompanying Documentation contained in the shareware distribution package (hereafter called the "Shareware Package") you received. The Shareware Package consists of copies of the Program and Documentation received via an electronic transfer mechanism or an electronic storage medium including, but not limited to, diskette, hard disk, removable disk, tape or optical devices such as CD-ROM. You may use the Shareware Package on one or more computers provided there is no chance that it will be used simultaneously on more than one computer. When a new version of the program is available MarsJupiter reserve the right to halt old versions of the Program both Shareware and Full Purchased versions , from functioning, as long as MarsJupiter have made available an upgraded version for download. LIMITED WARRANTY AND REMEDIES The Program is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY In no event shall the author, MarsJupiter or anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production or delivery of this Program be liable to you for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use this program , even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
