End-User License Agreement for FTPRush This End-User License Agreement("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and IoRush Software. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove all FTPRush files from your storage devices and cease to use the product. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and intellectual property laws and treaties. 1. TRIAL Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days. After 30 days, if you wish to continue to use FTPRush you must register. 2. BUY To register you must buy FTPRush. Check the FTPRush web site for details (http://www.FTPRush.com). 3. REFUNDS FTPRush provide a 30 days trial to ensure it meets your needs. Once a permanent license key has been issued to you there are no refunds and all sales are final. 4. DISTRIBUTION The unregistered trial version of FTPRush may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified in any way. a. The unregistered trial version of FTPRush may not be distributed inside of any other software package without written permission of the copyright owner. b. Hacks/cracks, keys or key generators may not be included on the same distribution. c. If you provide an FTPRush download at your website, you must mention the original FTPRush website URL at the same download page. 5. LICENSE KEY FTPRush keyfiles may not be distributed, outside of the area of legal control of the person or persons who purchased the original license, without written permission of the copyright holder. There are 2 basic types of licenses issued for FTPRush a. A single computer usage license. The user purchases one license to use FTPRush on one computer. b. A multiple usage license. The user purchases a number of usage licenses for use, by the purchaser, the purchasers employees or accredited agents, on the same number of computers. The number of licenses in a network environment must not be less than the maximum possible amount of simultaneous users. c. All FTPRush licenses are NOT transferable. 6. CUSTOMER SERVICE If you lost your key and want the author to provide a new key for you, you MUST write a mail to the author via your registered mail address and attach your registration name and your order mail from the FTPRush reseller. 7. NO UNLAWFUL USE You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. 8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY FTPRush IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THIS SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
