The Groovy Lava software and the images produced by Groovy Lava are for personal use only. No person or company may charge a fee on the images produced by Groovy Lava without written permission from NetPlay Software. Groovy Lava is distributed "AS IS" and you (the "Licensee") assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of Groovy Lava and any results obtained.
