This EULA also applies to any updates, add-on components, patches and/or supplements that the AUTHOR may provide to you after you obtain the initial copy of the the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. After saving this Registration Key in the program folder, all functions will be available. GRANT OF LICENSE The purchase price entitles you to a single Registration Key for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Upon purchase of a Registration Key, the AUTHOR grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as provided below) license to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT according to the terms of the EULA. If you have licensed the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for business use, you may install and register a single, primary copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. As a business user, you may request another Registration Key for an additional copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a portable computer with the restriction that both copies may not be in use simultaneously. Business use means any use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT by a business or for the purpose of furthering a business, whether or not a charge is made in connection with the use or resulting images. If you have licensed the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for your personal use, you may install and register multiple copies using a single Registration Key on computers you use at your residence. You may copy and redistribute unregistered Evaluation copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (as long as you do not charge a fee for it; do not modify the software, documentation or license statement in any way and do not bundle it with another system. We try to help all users, but please consider that registered users are entitled to more extensive support because they have paid for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. TERMINATION Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts. DISTRIBUTION The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be sold or be included in a product or package which intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The evaluation copy of SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be included in any free or non-profit packages or products.
