The definition of the term "This Software" refers to InHisVerse Bible by Olsen's Apps LLC. "Current Version" refers to the version and revision number of This Software. "Licensee" refers to you or your company. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This Software is licensed, not given away free. As a Licensee, you own the magnetic or other physical media on which This Software is recorded, but Olsen's Apps retains all right, title, proprietary interest in, and ownership of the Software. This Software and any accompanying written materials are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws and treaties. Olsen's Apps grants you the right to install and use This Software for any lawful purposes within Current Version with the following conditions. a. This Software may be installed and used by the Licensee on any number of systems provided the use is legal. b. You are granted permission to copy and distribute This Software provided that the original copyright notice and license disclaimer of warranty is intact. c. InHisVerse Basic is central to this application and is free to use, as of this writing, without expiration date. In His Verse Extras requires purchase of a license from a site authorized by the developer for use beyond its trial period. d. Wrapping This Software in any other installer is strictly prohibited. This Software may only be distributed as a stand-alone installer. e. The Licensee agrees all copyright and proprietary information are retained by Olsen's Apps and will not infringe on these rights. 3. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. a. Copyright Notices: You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on any and all copies of This Software. b. Distribution: You are encouraged to distribute This Software freely over the internet, including mass media, by distributing the program installer executable. Distribution of any individual program files within This Software installer is prohibited, as well as wrapping the installer in another software product. c. Prohibition on Reverse Engineering, Decomplilations and Disassembly: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate or make any attempt to discover the source code of This Software or create derivative works from This Software. The installer setup program must not be modified in any way. Any digital signature must not be removed. d. Rental: You may not rent, lease, or lend This Software for any monetary exchanges. e. Support Services: Olsen's Apps does not provide any support services, but continually strives to improve its products. In order to optimize This Software, Olsen's Apps may, at its discretion and without notice add, modify or remove features from This Software at any time. f. Compliance with Applicable Laws: You must comply with all applicable laws regarding use of This Software. 4. PRIVACY Olsen's Apps takes privacy seriously. While fetching information from Olsen's Apps server for advertisements, license validation and other essential functionality, the user's anonymous Internet Protocol Address (IP) may be stored on Olsen's Apps server, a common practice used by many websites. When activating InHisVerse Extras, the software activation key, your name and email are encrypted and transmitted to Olsen's Apps servers along with your Windows username and machine guid. After initial activation, weekly checks are performed to verify activation key has not been used elsewhere. A total of 3 different user/guid pairs can be assigned per activation key, but only one active pair will be treated as active. Use of a previously activated user/guid will deactivate other copies. New version checks are also performed as part of this process. This Software contains a basic web browser that interacts with the internet. Privacy while browsing is subject to the individual websites visited. OLSEN'S APPS DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY OF PERSONAL PRIVACY WHILE BROWSING THE INTERNET USING ANY PART OF THIS SOFTWARE. 5. TERMINATION. This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from Olsen's Apps if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such an event, you must destroy all copies of This Software in your possession. 6. COPYRIGHT All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in This Software are owned by Olsen's Apps or its suppliers. All title and intellectual property rights accessed within This Software are the property of the respective owner and subject to intellectual property laws and treaties. EXPORT COMPLIANCE You may not export or re-export This Software in violation of any applicable laws or regulations including, without limitation, U.S. export regulations or the laws of the country in which you reside. 10. U.S. GOVERNMENT LICENSE RIGHTS All Software provided to the U.S. Government pursuant to solicitations issued on or after December 1, 1995 is provided with the commercial license rights and restrictions described in this Agreement. All Software provided to the U.S. Government pursuant to solicitations issued prior to December 1, 1995 is provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS as provided for in FAR, 48 CFR 52.227-14 (June 1987) or DFAR, 48 CFR 252.227-7013 (October 1988), as applicable. 11. COMPLETE AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the Agreement regarding This Software between you and Olsen's Apps. It supersedes and replaces any previous or contemporaneous written or oral Agreements and communications relating to This Software. 12. WAIVER/MODIFICATION No waiver or modification of the terms of this Agreement shall be effective unless ratified in writing and signed by both you and Olsen's Apps. This Agreement will not be amended or modified by the terms of any purchase order or acknowledgment, regardless of whether Olsen's Apps may have accepted or signed the same. Any party's failure to enforce the provisions of this Agreement shall not constitute or be construed as a waiver of any other provisions or rights. 13. SEVERABILITY In the event that one or more of the provisions of this Agreement shall become invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity or legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained herein shall not be affected thereby.
