IS Protector® License Agreement IT Works Corporation http://www.itworkscorporation.com END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR IT Works Corporation SOFTWARE PRODUCT(S) IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This IT Works Corporation End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and IT Works Corporation for the IT Works Corporation software product(s) identified above as SOFTWARE. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE. 1. OPERATING LICENSE: Once you pay for the licensed version of the SOFTWARE, you will receive a Fully functional registered copy via email. This copy may not be copied or lend. You have the non-exclusive right to use registered version of the software only by a single person, on a single computer at a time. YOU MAY NOT DISTRIBUTE REGISTERED VERSION OF SOFTWARE. IT WILL BE VIOLATION OF INTERNATIONAL COPYRIGHT LAWS. You may physically transfer the software from one computer to another, provided that the software is used only by a single person, on a single computer at a time. 2. BACK-UP AND TRANSFER: You may make one copy of the software solely for "back-up" purposes, as prescribed by international copyright laws.
