Contents: Copyright License Distribution of Javelin Professional (Evaluation) Copyright ========= The software program "Javelin" and its accompanying distribution files (to be hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Software"), is and shall remain the property of Step Ahead Software. In addition and without any limitation to the foregoing the rights to reproduce, multiply and make copies of the Software is an shall remain the exclusive property of Step Ahead Software except as otherwise provided for in this agreement. The Software is protected by all applicable copyright laws and international treaties. License ======= Step Ahead Software grants you the right to use the Software on a single computer constrained by the following: Evaluation License - Applies if you have not purchased a full user license from Step Ahead Software -------------------------------------------------------------------------- The use of this evaluation version is further constrained as follows: (1) Use is for evaluation only. You are not granted the right to distribute any JAVA programs, source code or class files produced with the assistance of this evaluation product (2) You must not use the Javelin evaluation after the expiry of 15 days since you first installed a Javelin evaluation. If you wish to use this product after this date you must purchase a full user licensed (non evaluation) copy (see order.txt in the distribution files or http://www.stepahead.com.au for details of how to order on line). The conditions below under "Both licenses" also apply to this evaluation license.
