Jazz3D v3.1 LICENSE AGREEMENT All versions of Jazz3D, are protected by copyright and are the sole property of SyGem Software. This demo version is intended for personal use only. Commercial use of this version is expressly prohibited without prior written consent of SyGem Software. Jazz3D may only be duplicated or distributed with it's original archive file intact. The Java class files which make up Jazz3D may only be placed on a single web-site, but not made available for download. Additional domain licenses can be purchased from our web-site. Jazz3D may not be sold or utilized in any manner not described herein without the prior written consent of SyGem Software. Parties interested in licensing Jazz3D for other than personal use should contact SyGem Software at "[email protected]". Jazz3D must not be de-compiled, altered in any way or distributed in a form differing from the original archive supplied by SyGem Software.
